We run a multi-tier quality check system that documents traceability for all assemblies: copper busbars, sheet enclosures, and electronics.

IQC (Incoming Quality Control): Sourced switchgear, steel sheets, and copper coils are verified against material mill certificates and dimensional tolerances.

IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Regular checks during welding, Gema painting thickness audits, busbar bending tolerances, and wiring crimp resistance logs.

FQC (Final Quality Control): In-house high-voltage dielectric tests, insulation strength checks, logic simulations on PLCs, and visual audits.
