Manufacturing Facility

3 specialized units located in Lucknow and Bihar. Features 2+ lakh sq. ft. of shop-floor area housing automated CNC fabrication, copper processing, and 10-tank pre-treatment chemical processes.

Design & Engineering Center

Our centralized design engineering group utilizes EPLAN, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks to prepare error-free busbar calculations, structural layouts, and circuit schematics.

Testing & QA Lab

In-house laboratories containing temperature rise test rigs (up to 2500A), high-voltage dielectric testers, ingress protection (IP) water jet rooms, and thermal imaging cameras.

Production Department

Composed of multiple specialized assembly lines: low voltage BlokSeT panel lines, medium voltage switchgear assembly, sandwich busduct lines, and industrial heater wiring sections.

Project Management Office

The PMO coordinates ordering, scheduling, supplier tracking, quality gate reviews, and final dispatch details to ensure seamless execution on massive utility orders.

Support Infrastructure

Dedicated remote support team, 24/7 service coordinators, and trained field service engineers equipped with mobile testing kits for immediate on-site maintenance.

Production & Testing Workflow

We adhere to lean manufacturing principles that assure short lead times and zero defects from design to final on-site commissioning.

Engineering Design – Technical specifications are processed via EPLAN and E-CAD, producing 3D enclosure and copper busbar routing details.

Fabrication & Painting – Steel sheet metal is processed on CNC shearing/bending stations and finished in an automated Gema 10-tank paint line.

Assembly & Wiring – Branded busbars are shaped and insulated. Switchgear, control wiring, relays, and PLCs are mounted as per the wiring schedule.

Testing (FAT) – Panels undergo complete dielectric, insulation resistance, circuit continuity, and functional logic verification.

Dispatch & Support – Enclosures are securely crated in wooden packaging and dispatched. Field staff handle physical install assistance.
